Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Senix Robotics LLC collects through senixrobotics.com and what happens to it. The short version: the only information we collect is what you type into the Request a Demo form, and we use it to answer you.

What We Collect

When you submit the Request a Demo form, we receive the information you enter: your name, your organization or affiliation, your email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number and a message.

Three technical details accompany that submission: the time it was sent, the two-letter country code our hosting provider derives from your network connection, and the page you submitted it from. They help us recognize automated abuse of the form.

Browsing the site collects nothing else. There is no account to create and no newsletter to join.

What We Do Not Do

This site runs no analytics package, no advertising or social media tracking pixels, and no cookies that identify or follow you. We do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.

We do not use the information you send us to train machine learning models.

How a Demo Request Is Handled

The form posts to a small function running on our hosting platform. That function checks the submission for completeness and for signs of automation, then sends it on to a Senix Robotics mailbox as an email, with your address set as the reply-to so we can answer you directly.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that confirms the request comes from a real browser rather than an automated script. It may ask you to complete a short interaction. It does not track you across sites and it is not used for advertising.

The website itself keeps no database and stores no copy of your submission. Your message lives in our email system, like any other message you might send us.

Service Providers

A few third parties necessarily handle data in the course of delivering this site:

• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the site, runs the form's processing function, and provides the Turnstile bot check on that form. Like any web host, it processes the network requests that reach the site and keeps operational logs for security and reliability.
• Resend — delivers the demo request email to our mailbox.
• Microsoft — provides the mailbox that receives it.
• Google Fonts — serves the two typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests them from Google's servers when a page loads, which means Google sees the request, including your IP address. No other content is loaded from Google.

The Access-Controlled Application

app.senixrobotics.com is a separate, non-public application available only to people we have specifically authorized. Access requires identity verification through our access provider, and that provider records sign-in activity. If you have been granted access, the terms of your evaluation or engagement with us govern that use in addition to this policy.

How Long We Keep It

We keep demo requests for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, and delete them when neither purpose applies. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your Choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have a formal legal right to do so; we will honor the request either way. Contact us through the Request a Demo form and say what you need — a demo is not a precondition for reaching us.

Security

The site is served over encrypted connections. Credentials for the services above are held as platform secrets and do not appear in the site's code. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive, proprietary, or classified information through the form.

Children

This site addresses defense and government professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Where This Happens

Senix Robotics is based in New York, and the services described above process and store information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be handled there.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
